Cruise Transfer

Description & Accessibility Information

We used Fort Lauderdale Transfers to get us from the Port Everglades / Fort Lauderdale Cruise port to the Miami Cruise port where we where boarding another cruise ship on the same day.

Pre- book this and once you have cleared customs go to the pre-arranged transportation pick up area and call them, they have a window of 30 minute prior to 45 minutes after your booked time you requested to get you, so make sure you pick a time at you will know for sure you can safely be off the ship / luggage picked up / go through customs and be outside waiting at least a 1/2 hour prior to your pickup time. If your luggage tags that is delivered to your room has a disembark time too late then go see your cabin steward or the guest services desk to get an earlier disembark time.

We had a private transfer and although the vehicle was not wheelchair accessible a portable travel type scooter should not be an issue but not a heavy powered wheelchair, it took about a half hour to get to the Miami port and the driver really speed along as fast as he could, I suspect he had another transfer to move on to after us.
