Description & Accessibility Information

Nassau Bahamas

Also read the article Nassau 2010 regarding our visit to Nassau in 2010.

3 times we stopped at Nassau, during this trip.

CARNIVAL 'GLORY' - Feb 10, 2014

CARNIVAL "VICTORY' - Feb. 21, 2014

During this trip we did not venture out of the area around the port.

Nassau Straw Market

There is quite a lot of shopping in the area, one of the best shopping area is the ' Straw Market',  It is a large building to the right up the street facing away from the pier, with a large number of shops inside. Be sure to check it out.

Wheelchair accessible around the port area, but can have sections a bit ruff and may have to in certain areas go on the street.
